Prudential Life insurance coverage and Standard Chartered Bank have entered a strategic bancassurance partnership to supply a one-stop search for exclusive insurance coverage products to clients.

The alliance puts each institutions in an strong position to supply a comprehensive product range in order to meet all clients’ insurance needs.

The exclusive strategic bancassurance partnership between the two organisations had been established in 1998 and was renewed for an additional Fifteen years in 2014 to strengthen the distribution capabilities across Asian markets.

To further deepen this relationship, Prudential and Standard Chartered have wanted to extend the geographic scope of the exclusive partnership in the 2014 agreement to Ghana.

Under this partnership, a range of Prudential Ghana’s a life insurance policy products will be distributed around clients through Standard Chartered’s extensive branch network.

Mr Gautam Duggal, Regional Head of Wealth Management, Africa and Middle East and Europe, Standard Chartered Bank said the lending company was desirous to bring fantastic experience from the partnership in Asia to Ghana.

Furthermore, both organisations will be using exploring chance to extend this collaboration along with other African markets including Kenya and Uganda controlled by each of the necessary approvals.
