MTN together with GLICO General Insurer has launched a Mobile Care insurance designed as the protection against accidental phone damage, screen damage, theft and diminished mobile.
The Mobile Care Insurance policy is on the market for MTN Pay Monthly customers.
Mr Sakyi Opoku, Senior Marketing Manager MTN, said if you are paying limited, customers who subscribed would be able to take their phone back repaired or replaced beneath the insurance protection purchased.
He explained that your insurance coverage covered merely the mobile devices, adding that existing phones of clients could only be registered below the screen damage policy only and would require pre-screening.
Mr Opoku said a short lived phone can be delivered if your repairs went beyond 48 hrs.
The Mobile Care, however, isn’t going to cover damage from water, liquid drops, immersion or submersion or any type of liquid.
Premiums is usually paid throughout the standard MTN postpaid payment options.
